Anlita is capable of prodviding door to door truckload service from factory in China to factory in ASEAN countries even if SHPR or CNEE is unable to clear the goods at the customs.
A) PROCESS AT THE BONDED ZONE OF PINGXIANG – LANG SON BORDER GATE
>China side:
1. Customer provides us of customs declaration data (commercial invoice, packing list, declaration elements, etc...)
2. Record the cargo into the district import endorsement list with the bonded account (import endorsement list)
3. Do entry customs declaration for cargo with customs sheet at bonded zone
4. Declare heavy truck into the area of the checklist
5. The Chinese truck enters into the bonded area by the bonded special channel with the import endorsement list after arriving at Pingxiang port (Card No. 2 Bonded Channel Entry)
6. Take record of goods into the export endorsement list after the truck enters the bonded zone. (export endorsement list)
7. Print the arrival list and loading list
8. Declare the bonded declaration at the theoretical customs
9. After customs clearance, Chinese truck will go to Lang Son Vietnam cargo yard through bonded Card No. 1.
>Vietnam side: 10. Consignee provides customs release notice and authorization letter 11. The Chinese truck arrives at cargo yard at Lang Son → Vietnam agent takes the entry admission at the border → theoretical customs release notice and authorization letter → submit its to the Lang Son customs to get approval → consignee pays the Tax (if any) → signature by the logistics department of Lang Son customs → cargo release by Lang Son customs → load the cargo into the Vietnamese truck → pay the parking fee in the cargo yard → exist cargo yard Vietnamese truck deliveries to the factory designated by the consignee to complete the delivery. 12. Vietnamese truck deliveries to the factory designated by the consignee to complete the delivery.
B) PROCESS AT THE NON – BONDED ZONE OF PINGXIANG – LANG SON BORDER GATE
>China side:
1.Customer provides us of customs declaration data (commercial invoice, packing list, declaration elements, etc.)
2.Pre-recorded customs declaration sheet
3.The Chinese truck arrives at Pingxiang port
4.Weight the cargo on the ground scales
5.Confirm the customs declaration data with customer
6.Print the arrival list and load list
7.After finishing the customs record, The Chinese truck enters into Card No. 2 bonded area (Card No. 2 Bonded Channel Entry)
8.Declare the bonded declaration at Pingxiang customs
9. Chinese truck will go to Lang Son Vietnam cargo yard through bonded Card No. 1.
> Vietnam side:
10.Consignee provides customs declaration release notice and authorization letter
11.Chinese truck arrives at Lang Son cargo yard → Vietnam agent takes the entry admission at the border → customs declaration release noitce and authorization letter → submit to the customs to get the appoval → consignee pays theTax (if any) → Signature by the logistics department of customs → cargo release → load the cargo the Vietnamese truck → pay the Tax (if any) → Signature by the logistics department of customs → cargo release → load the cargo the Vietnamese truck → pay the parking fee in the cargo yard → exist release
12. Vietnamese truck deliveries to the factory designated by the consignee to complete the delivery.
