International delivery

Anlita is capable of prodviding door to door truckload service from factory in China to factory in ASEAN countries even if SHPR or CNEE is unable to clear the goods at the customs. 

A) PROCESS AT THE BONDED ZONE OF PINGXIANG – LANG SON BORDER GATE 

 

> China side: 


1. CN truck picks up empty for shipper’s factory loading

2. SHPR provides export declaration documents and creates the pre-export declaration sheet

3. Scaling when truck arrives at PINGXIANG PORT

4. Record the cargo into the district import endorsement list with the bonded account (import endorsement list)

5. Do entry customs declaration for cargo with customs sheet at bonded zone

6. Declaration of heavy trucks into the bonded zone release order, queue release by customs system, ready to enter the Gate 3

7. Record the cargo into the district import endorsement list with the bonded account (export endorsement list) after heavy truck enters the bonded zone through Gate 3 by the customs release notice

8. Go out of inner gate in Bonded warehouse after unloading and loading is finished

9. Print the AN and cargo list


> Vietnam side: 

10. Submit the export declaration sheet to the bonded zone customs (in the name of the bonded warehouse manual company)

11. CN truck goes to Gate 1 for Xuan Cuong yard after released by boned zone customs

12. CNEE provides the import declaration sheet in theoretical custom declaration way and introduction letter

13. CN truck arrives at cargo Xuan Cuong yard  → Vietnam agent takes the entry admission at the border → theoretical customs release notice and introduction letter → submit its to the Lang Son customs to get approval → consignee pays the Tax (if any) → signature by the logistics department of Lang Son customs → cargo release by Lang Son customs → load the cargo to VN truck → pay the parking fee in the cargo yard → exist cargo yard

14. Dispatch GPS to VN truck for CNEE’s factory delivery.

B) PROCESS AT THE NON – BONDED ZONE OF PINGXIANG – LANG SON BORDER GATE

   

> China side: 

1. CN truck picks up empty for shipper’s factory loading

2. SHPR provides export declaration documents and creates the pre-export declaration sheet

3. Scaling when truck arrives at PINGXIANG PORT

4. Confirmation of pre-recorded customs declarations with customers and do export declaration.

5. Do entry customs declaration for cargo with customs sheet at bonded zone

6. Queue release by customs system, ready to enter the Gate 2

7. CN truck go through Gate 2 after it finishes the custom Record

8. CN truck goes to Gate I for Xuan Cuong yard after released by boned zone customs

 

> Vietnam side:

9.   CNEE provides the import declaration sheet in theoretical custom declaration way and introduction letter

10. CN truck arrives at cargo Xuan Cuong yard  → Vietnam agent takes the entry admission at the border → theoretical customs release notice and introduction letter → submit its to the Lang Son customs to get approval → consignee pays the Tax (if any) → signature by the logistics department of Lang Son customs → cargo release by Lang Son customs → load the cargo to VN truck → pay the parking fee in the cargo yard → exist cargo yard

11. Dispatch GPS to VN truck for CNEE’s  factory delivery
