Thu\u1ebf AD\/CVD n\u1ed9p l\u00fac n\u00e0o?<\/h3>\n<p>Khi th\u00f4ng quan, nh\u00e0 nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u ph\u1ea3i n\u1ed9p <b>ti\u1ec1n k\u00fd qu\u1ef9 (cash deposit)<\/b> theo m\u1ee9c thu\u1ebf AD\/CVD hi\u1ec7n h\u00e0nh, khai theo lo\u1ea1i h\u00ecnh t\u1edd khai <b>03<\/b>. M\u1ee9c thu\u1ebf cu\u1ed1i c\u00f9ng c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh l\u1ea1i sau r\u00e0 so\u00e1t h\u00e0nh ch\u00ednh, th\u01b0\u1eddng m\u1ea5t 1\u20132 n\u0103m ho\u1eb7c l\u00e2u h\u01a1n. V\u00ec sao c\u00f4ng ty b\u1ea3o l\u00e3nh &#8220;ng\u1ea1i&#8221; h\u00e0ng AD\/CVD?<\/h3>\n<p>V\u00ec r\u1ee7i ro k\u00e9o d\u00e0i nhi\u1ec1u n\u0103m: n\u1ebfu thu\u1ebf cu\u1ed1i c\u00f9ng t\u0103ng m\u00e0 nh\u00e0 nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u kh\u00f4ng tr\u1ea3, c\u00f4ng ty b\u1ea3o l\u00e3nh ph\u1ea3i tr\u1ea3 thay. D\u00f9ng Annual Bond hay Single Bond cho h\u00e0ng AD\/CVD?<\/h3>\n<p>C\u1ea3 hai \u0111\u1ec1u c\u00f3 th\u1ec3, t\u00f9y c\u00f4ng ty b\u1ea3o l\u00e3nh ch\u1ea5p nh\u1eadn. Khai sai ho\u1eb7c n\u00e9 thu\u1ebf AD\/CVD th\u00ec sao?<\/h3>\n<p>Khai sai xu\u1ea5t x\u1ee9, khai sai nh\u00e0 s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t hay chuy\u1ec3n t\u1ea3i qua n\u01b0\u1edbc th\u1ee9 ba \u0111\u1ec3 n\u00e9 thu\u1ebf (transshipment) b\u1ecb x\u1eed l\u00fd r\u1ea5t n\u1eb7ng: truy thu thu\u1ebf, ph\u1ea1t, c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 b\u1ecb \u0111i\u1ec1u tra theo \u0111\u1ea1o lu\u1eadt EAPA.
